Memberships

Annual membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at president@friendsofaugustderleth.org within 14 days of the transaction date and we will review your request.

Books

Books purchased through our website are fulfilled by Amazon. All returns, exchanges, and refunds for book orders are handled directly by Amazon in accordance with their return policy. Friends of August Derleth does not process returns or refunds for Amazon-fulfilled book orders.

Donations

Contributions made to Friends of August Derleth as a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization are non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly at president@friendsofaugustderleth.org and we will do our best to assist you.
